Q: How do you deliver orders? How mush it cost?

We ship orders to any country of the world participating in the international mail exchange. For shipping your orders we use the Russian Post mail service  and the national postal service of the recipient country. All orders are shipped with a registered tracking number, provided to the customer immediately after shipment of his parcel. This allows you to track all stages of delivery.

The cost of delivery is calculated automatically and you can always see its value in the cart. Shipping cost determines the gross weight of the parcel.

For orders cost over 69 USD. shipping is free of charge.


Q: When my order will be delivered?

Picking the order in the store takes 1-3 working days (normally 1 day), then parcel is transferred to the postal service for delivery, and the buyer receives an email with the tracking number of the parcel.
Here are the approximate delivery times of orders depending on the destination:

  • European countries - 8-14 days
  • USA and Canada - 10-20 days
  • South-East Asia, Australia and New Zealand - 15-30 days


Q: What happens if I do not receive the parcel?

Please fill in the correct and complete shipping information when placing your order. This will help to avoid errors in the delivery of your order. We ask you to carefully monitor arriving of the parcel at your post office and receive it on time.

Maximum delivery time of the parcel is 45 days from the date of shipping.

  • If during this time the parcel will not be delivered to your local post office, please email us and we will refund cost of the order to your Paypal account or send the order again - at your choice.
  • If the parcel arrived at the local post office on time and it is confirmed by tracking, but you have not received it for some personal reasons, the order value is not refundable. After returning the order to our warehouse, we will contact you and offer to resend the order after you pay the postage.


Q: Customs fees and transportation rules

The cost of the order does not include customs fees and taxes in the buyer's country and are paid upon receipt. By default, the invoice indicates the cost of the order, excluding delivery. If You notify us by e-mail, we can change the invoice amount.

In case of a customs ban on the import of the contents of the parcel to the recipient's country, the store administration is not responsible for such a situation. We follow the General rules of postage, but each country may have its own prohibitions and rules. If You are in doubt about the legality of the delivery of any goods from our store to your country, consult your local postal or customs service.


Q: How do you accept payments?

Our store accepts payment through the international payment system PayPal.

  • We do not receive any credit card details during the payment process.
  • The payment procedure takes place on the PayPal site, protected from fraud.
  • Payments are accepted 24/7. Payment is instant, after which You receive a payment notification from PayPal and a letter from the store confirming the successful order.

Pay attention!

All fees of the payment system are paid by the seller, but if the currency of the card attached to the PayPal or the account itself is different from the USD, the platform will first convert the payment to USD at its rate, and then make the payment.
