Description

Methods of application

2. Tea with Golden root: pour a teaspoon of crushed rhizomes 1 liter of boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Then infuse at room temperature for 30-40 minutes and drink 1-2 glasses a day, adding sugar or honey for taste.
