Description
Potentilla grows in Central and southern Europe from Italy in the South to Germany in the North and from France in the West to the middle course of the Volga in the East. Due to the reduction of forests as the main habitat, this plant is quite rare, and is included in the Red book of Germany and Belarus, as well as in the regional Red books of several subjects of the Russian Federation.
Methods of application
The vodka tincture of the root of Potentilla white. Take 50 g of dried roots, carefully chop. Pour 500 ml of vodka in a glass container, close the lid tightly. For four weeks, infuse the mixture in a dark place, stirring occasionally. To receive the tincture, dilute in water for 20-30 drops.
A decoction of the root of Potentilla white. To prepare a decoction, you will need a crushed root of the plant at the rate of 1 teaspoon per 200 ml of water. Boil the mixture for 5 minutes over a low heat and let it stand for 40 minutes. After that, the broth is filtered and taken in the cooled form 1-1. 5 hours before eating.
