Small-leaved Linden grows in the centre and South of Russia, as well as in Western Siberia. It is found in deciduous forests, as well as individual lime groves. Linden blooms depending on the region in June-July, at the same time and harvested useful lime colour. The flowers of the plant with bract leaves, as well as the buds and bark of the plant are used.

In addition to self-use, lime colour can be used as a flavour additive to black, green or herbal teas. Tea brewed with Linden acquires a subtle sweet aroma and pleasant taste.

Contraindications to the use of lime flowers: The lime flower has almost no contraindications, it is allowed to take people of advanced age, children, pregnant and nursing women. It is worth paying attention to the fact that due to the strong diuretic effect of tea with Linden, it is possible to wash out potassium from the body, which can adversely affect the heart. It is not advised to use herbal collections with lime flowers for longer than 3 weeks.
