Hand picked high-quality tea from the ecologically clean region of the Republic of Buryatia. The harvest of 2020 has a medium leaves fermentation. An oven dryer and a rolling machine are used in a tea processing. Ivan Chai is made of whole fireweed (also known as Epilobium) leaves, so it needs more time to be brewed than CTC tea does. But it's worth it! You get a dark amber beverage with gentle aroma of fruits.
Usage: Brew and drink like classic black tea.
