Healthy kidney tea is widely used in diseases of the urinary tract and urinary system. How to use
In a heated teapot or thermos, fill the collection at the rate of 1-2 tablespoons per 0.5 liters of water. Fill the collection with hot water "white key" ( this is water not brought to a boil, but to its first signs), then close the lid tightly. Infuse for 10-20 minutes. Cool for 20-30 minutes and strain. Take 1/3 cup, 3 times a day, 15-30 minutes before meals.
