Ingredients of tea
yarrow herb, oreganum herb, betonica herb, marrubium (horse mint) herb, cowberry leaves.
How to use
Pour 1 tablespoon of tea into a clay teapot or thermos, pour 0.2 liters of hot, but not boiling water (85-90C) and infuse for at least 20 minutes. Drink three times a day.
