Ingredients of tea
Nettle leaves, rtanskij chaj (saturea montana), oreganum herb, St'John's wort herb, sage herb, yarrow herb.
How to use
Pour 1 tablespoon of tea into a clay teapot or thermos, pour 0.2 liters of hot, but not boiling water (85-90C) and infuse for at least 30 minutes. Drink in the morning and in the evening before eating. Drink our teas and be healthy!
